1. Sponsor

The a_way Givea_way is sponsored by Blue Orange Games (the “Sponsor”) (1937 Davis Street, Suite B39, San Leandro, CA 94577, USA).

These Official Rules govern the giveaway and constitute the complete terms and conditions applicable to all entrants. By participating in the giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

2. Giveaway period

The giveaway begins on August 31, 2026 at XXX am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 7, 2026 at 11:59:59 pm ET.

All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period. Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.

The random drawing will take place on or about September 9, 2026, during the day, from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members and members of their households are not eligible to participate.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family members” means spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. “Household members” means individuals who share the same residence, whether or not they are related.

4. How to enter

To enter the giveaway, eligible participants must:

1. Visit the designated giveaway landing page during the Giveaway Period;
2. Complete the online entry form by providing their first name, last name and email address;
3. Complete the required consent checkbox confirming that they agree to receive the Sponsor’s news, updates and other communications by email;
4. Submit the completed entry form before the end of the Giveaway Period.

The email address provided at the time of entry must be valid and accessible to the entrant.

Each eligible entrant may submit one (1) entry during the Giveaway Period, unless otherwise expressly stated by the Sponsor.

Any attempt to enter more than the permitted number of times, including by using multiple email addresses, identities, registrations or accounts or by any other method intended to circumvent these Official Rules, may result in disqualification of all entries submitted by that entrant.

Entries generated by scripts, bots, automated systems or other unauthorized means are void.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

5. Email communications and marketing consent

As part of the entry process, entrants will be asked to affirmatively consent to receive the Sponsor’s news, updates, promotional materials and other communications by email.

By checking the applicable consent box and submitting the entry form, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their email address and consent to receive such communications from the Sponsor.

Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law. Recipients may unsubscribe from future marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the applicable email or by following the instructions provided by the Sponsor.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect an entrant’s eligibility to receive a prize for which the entrant has already been selected as a winner.

6. Random drawing and odds of winning

Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor, on or about September 9, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The random drawing is the sole method by which winners will be selected. No element of skill is involved.

7. Prizes and retail value

Five (5) prizes will be awarded.

Each prize consists of one (1) copy of the a_way game, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $12.99 USD.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $64.95 USD.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted by the winner, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Any federal, state or local taxes, if applicable, and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize that are not expressly described herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Winner notification

Each potential winner will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry.

The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to contact each potential winner. A potential winner may be required to confirm their eligibility and provide any information reasonably requested by the Sponsor before being declared an official winner.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, is determined to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Prize delivery

Prizes will be sent to confirmed winners by mail at the address provided by each winner following notification.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any prize that is lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, misdirected or undeliverable after it has been shipped to the address provided by the winner.

The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by a winner.

10. General conditions

By participating in the giveaway, each entrant agrees:

• to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor;
• that the Sponsor’s decisions concerning all matters related to the giveaway are final and binding;
• to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents and promotional agencies from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law;
• and that the Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway or who violates these Official Rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

If the giveaway is terminated before its scheduled end date, the Sponsor may award the prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as the Sponsor deems fair and appropriate, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

• lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected or undeliverable entries;
• technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to network, server, software, hardware or internet failures;
• unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or giveaway operation;
• any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries;
• or any injury, loss or damage to persons or property resulting directly or indirectly from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession or use of any prize, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants in connection with the giveaway will be used by the Sponsor for purposes of administering the giveaway and, where the entrant has provided the applicable consent, for sending the Sponsor’s news, updates, promotional materials and other email communications.

By entering the giveaway, entrants acknowledge that their personal information will be collected and processed as described in these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

13. Facebook / Meta disclaimer

The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta Platforms or any of their respective affiliates.

By entering the giveaway, each entrant agrees to release Facebook and Meta Platforms from any and all liability arising from or related to the giveaway.

The information provided by entrants is being provided to the Sponsor and not to Facebook or Meta Platforms.

14. Governing law

The giveaway and these Official Rules are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations of the United States.

To obtain the names of the winners, where permitted by applicable law, send a written request, together with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to:
